Delete Your Account

How to delete your account

  1. Open the Strawberry Notes app
  2. Tap your avatar in the bottom-left corner to open the Account menu
  3. Tap your name or email to open your profile
  4. Scroll down and tap "Delete My Account"
  5. Type your display name to confirm, then tap "Delete"

What happens next

  • Your account is scheduled for deletion with a 30-day grace period
  • During this period, you can cancel the deletion by simply logging back in
  • After 30 days, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted

Data that is deleted

  • All personal notes, flashcards, and collections
  • AI chat threads and messages
  • Review schedules and learning history
  • Tags, bookmarks, saved searches, and settings
  • Uploaded files and attachments
  • Your user profile and authentication record

Data that is kept

  • Content in shared spaces you contributed to is transferred to another member of that space, so collaborators do not lose access to shared work
  • We may retain minimal information as required by law for compliance, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes
